Medical Services at Chesley Health & Wellness Center
Chesley Health & Wellness Center provides culturally sensitive primary care services, education on healthy lifestyles, disease and injury prevention, management of chronic illness and supports public health initiatives.
¶¶Òõpro students are seen free of charge by licensed clinicians and all records are confidential as required by law. Medications prescribed by the Nurse Practitioner or testing that is sent to the hospital lab are sent to insurance by Memorial Health or the local pharmacy.
Services:
- Acute physical illness evaluation/treatment
- Reproductive health care (including STI testing/treatment)
- Chronic illness management
- Physical exams
- Flu shots
- Blood draws (those ordered by Chesley Nurse Practitioner)
- Maintenance allergy injections
- Prescription and over the counter medications (OTC)
- Medication station available for quick OTC medications

Location
The HUB at Lincoln Hall
Hours
- Office hours (including Medication Station) are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for medical appointments.
- Nurse Practitioner clinic hours are Fridays from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Important Information Regarding Medical Services at CHWC
- You must be a currently enrolled, degree-seeking IC student to receive services at Chesley Health & Wellness Center
- All appointments are confidential to the extent of the law
- We do not provide assessments for academic accommodations, emotional support animals, or housing accommodations.
- Chesley Health and Wellness Center (CHWC) does not provide students with medical excuses for short-term absences from class, labs, and exams or missed deadlines due to illness, injury or other CHWC appointments.
